MORNING SESSION

9:00 - 10:00 am: Pre Forum breakfast and networking
Before the Forum commences, participants and experts gather and become acquainted over a continental breakfast.

10:00 - 11:00 am: Morning roundtable
Panelists will provide a brief overview of the do’s and don'ts of building successful relationships with the grantmaking community.

11:00-11:45 am: Panel discussion
Panelists will participate in a moderated discussion about grantmaking – from the grantmaker’s perspective.

11:45 am - 12:00 pm: Summary session
Panelists will review important themes and ideas emerging from breakout sessions so that participants can walk away with practical and concrete fundraising ideas.

12:00 - 12:30 pm: Post panel networking
After the morning session ends, interested participants can meet the panelists and ask individual questions.

AFTERNOON SESSION

The afternoon session will consist of two discussions of 90 minutes each. Participants can attend any two sessions of their choosing. The group leaders will lead the same discussion twice - at 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm so that participants can attend a different discussion each time.

12:30 - 1:30 pm: Forum lunch and networking
Before the Forum commences, participants and group leaders gather and become acquainted over a buffet lunch.

1:30 - 3:00 pm: First breakout session
Participants will select one of the concurrent sessions taking place. See speakers and discussion topics

3:00 - 3:30 pm: Mid afternoon refreshments and networking
Participants will be able to compare notes while partaking of fresh fruit, brownies and other refreshments.

3:30 - 5:00 pm: Second breakout session
Participants will select one of the concurrent sessions taking place. See speakers and discussion topics

5:00 pm: Forum ends
